Mobile Farm

BOHEMIAN GARDEN IS NOT A SHIPPING CONTAINER

Maximum dimensions for maximum production.

For our farm, we needed a mobile building without thermal bridges and with dimensions that take advantage of the maximum dimensions for transport.

The size of the farm allows us to achieve twice the production of competing container farms.

WARDROOM AND STORAGE

Service entrance

The main entrance to the farm growing area used by gardeners.
Cloakroom

A changing room for changing out of clothing contaminated by the external environment.
Storage room

Area for storing consumables and produce before dispatch.
Disinfection

Disinfection protocol to eliminate the risk of introducing pests or diseases into the growing area of the farm.

SEEDBOX AND PROCESSING

Seedling production

Sustainable farm must include a system for seedling production.
Seedbox 6m²

Own climate and independent water treatment for seedlings.
Seed planter

Manual semi-automatic seed planter for economical sowing.
Working table

Place for processing the produce with sink and running water.

VERTICAL GROW ROOM

12 metres, 6 floors

Two racking systems with lengths of up to 12 metres. Number of floors according to the type of plants to be grown.
Growing area 86.4 m2

Two racking systems with up to six growing shelves and a growing area of up to 86.4 m2.
Electric platform

Practical trolley for convenient harvesting and maintenance of the system with docking station.
Safety channels

Channels in the floor make working in the hydroponic farm more comfortable, and also serve as a safety against leaching.

MACHINE ROOM

Own entrance

Separate entrance to the machine room for qualified operators.
Ventilation

A custom-designed air handling system ensures operation at an average outdoor temperature between -25 and +40°C.
Solution treatment plant

Up to two independent nutrient solution treatment plants for two types of nutrient solution simultaneously.
Separate technologies

The process equipment is stored in the machine room and thus protected against unprofessional intervention.
